It works by putting your landline on transfer to them whilst you are busy, so it is easy to do during the clinic hours.
They answer the phone in your name as if sitting at your reception desk. From the the online diary they can see where you are and also make or change bookings for you.
You give in some basic info about the practice and set up the diary times. It refreshes every couple of minutes and you can use it to book patients in at the clinic at the same time.
Liberate email twice daily with a summary of all calls, messages and text - anything that is urgent (eg Mrs Blogs will be 10 mins late). It’s very handy and discrete during clinic and brilliant if you are away from the practice.
